Asian Pride House Rules

Asian Pride is dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community while maintaining a safer space for everyone. We kindly ask that you follow our House Rules during our events. Our volunteers reserve the right to refuse entry or escort out anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior, even if they have paid for the event.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

Racism, sexism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, sexual assault, violence, intoxication and any other form of discrimination or harm will not be tolerated. 

 

CONSENT

​

Always ask for clear consent before getting physically close to someone. Treat everyone with kindness, decency, and respect. If someone’s behavior makes you uncomfortable, address it politely or inform and/or ask for support from Asian Pride volunteers who will be made recognizable at the event.  

 

PHOTO AND VIDEO POLICY

​

Be considerate before taking photos or posting on social media. Respect individuals wearing a pink dot sticker, as they do not wish to be photographed or featured in social media posts.

Last but not least, enjoy all the events and embrace your fabulous self, your smiling side, and your rainbow power! We trust you will bring your best behavior and spirit to our community events, so have an amazing time!
